With a Bachelor of Music, Hons., 8+ years of private teaching experience, 25 years of playing experience (I started with I was 6!), and a member of the Ontario Registered Music Teachers Association, I am committed to teaching every student to their full potential. It's a personal challenge of mine to make sure every student leaves the lesson smiling and has a lifelong love of music.  

Parents have full access to the studio calendar, account statements, attendance records, and much more! Never again wonder when you're next lesson is, if you're all paid up, lesson notes, progress reports and everything in-between. Download invoices straight to your computer, check the calendar from your phone, and even get texts updates about upcoming lessons so you never forget! 

I bring a variety of materials to each lesson including worksheets, fun music games, and extra songs! I am prepared for wherever the lesson takes us and also make notes on what each student is interested in to create an even more personalized lesson. I am also available in-between lessons for quick chats or videos if the student is stuck. Why wait for the next lesson if the student is practicing now? 

Every parent can call, email, and text me at any time if they, or the student, have a question. All my students know that if they needed extra help between lessons I am available to assist them. Parents can also contact me anytime if there is a scheduling issue, progress concern, etc. There's no issue of miss-communication, sending emails with cold replies (or no reply), or speaking with a new person every time. Music with Kendra is just made up of me -Kendra!

Schedules change and kids are busy! We don't want you to have to choose between after-school activities and that's why we offer flexible, in-home lessons. Your lesson time is not set-in stone, and we do everything we can to accommodate every student, at any time of the year!
